Cupping "BaGuan"

During this therapy, cups are used to create suction that helps alleviate pain and inflammation, improve blood flow. They act in part almost like a type of deep-tissue massage.

Cupping therapy might be trendy now, but it's actually an ancient type of therapy! It dates back to one of the oldest medical textbooks in the world called the "Ebers Papyrus" and was in use as early as 1550 B.C.

Ginger Moxa

Moxibustion is a type of heat therapy.


The intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi and Blood.

In this procedure, a salve containing specific botanical extracts is warmed with ginger juice and massaged into the local tissue.  

An important treatment for injured and arthritic joints along the spine, arms, and legs.
